personal inspection of the machinery by a representative from our team of industry specialists.

Approaches to Valuations:
Fair Market Value is a professional opinion of the probable price expressed in terms of funds to be realized for the machinery in an exchange between a willing buyer and a willing seller, with equity to both, neither being under any compulsion to buy or sell.
Desktop Opinion is a professional opinion of the appropriately defined value to be realized by the sale of the equipment, in which the opinion is generated from inventory lists, photographs and/or other informational materials supplied, without the benefit of an on-site inspection.
